Q-Seattle Events: Tacky Tourist Clubs

We've added a few new scans of old pictures. Now, you can enjoy more of the Prom with other parties soon to come. Several of the pictures that have been up here for years were also rescanned. Not all of them, unfortunately, but at least there are fewer of those old heavily compressed images.

We've also made a few tweaks of the photo display system, including support (of a sort) for non-JS-enabled browsers. This isn't the best solution, but it seems to be the only thing that would work with this very cheap but very frustrating host.
